Refund policy

We want you to love every BaitCove order. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (or gently tested), in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@baitcove.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
